Abstract

Toddler visits to posyandu are toddlers who come to posyandu to get health services such as weighing, immunization, and others. Based on initial data obtained at the Posyandu of Sumber Terik Village in January-December 2018 from 128 toddlers, it was found that 55 (43%) toddlers regularly came to Posyandu, and as many as 73 (57%) toddlers did not regularly come to Posyandu. The research design used descriptive. The population is 30 mothers in Rt:09 Rw:03 who have toddlers aged 1-5 years. The data obtained were recapitulated and then presented in the frequency table and the cross table was analyzed descriptively without statistical tests. Data collection uses primary data from questionnaire sheets and secondary data from KMS/KIA books. The results showed that most (66.7%) of mothers' knowledge was lacking, most (60%) of under-five visits were not routine, indicating that almost half (33.3%) of respondents had sufficient knowledge. Almost half (40%) visits under five are routine. The conclusion of the study is that the visits of children under five to the posyandu are routinely carried out by mothers who have sufficient knowledge compared to mothers who have less knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of village financial statements presentation, internal control, individual morality, and competence on fraud prevention in managing village fund allocation (study of villages in Sidoarjo district). The sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. The sample in this study were 76 respondents. Each village is represented by 4 people, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and BPD in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency, namely 19 villages including the villages of Banjar Asri, Banjar Panji, Boro, Ganggang Panjang, Gempol Sari, Kalidawir, Kalisampurno, Kalitengah, Kedensari, Kedung Banteng, Kedung Bendo, Ketapang, Ketegan, Kludan, Ngaban, Penatarsewu, Putat, Randegan, and Sentul. The data used is primary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the Presentation of Village Financial Statements Affects Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Allocation Management. Internal Control Affects Fraud Prevention in the Management of Village Fund Allocation. Individual Morale Affects Fraud Prevention in the Management of Village Fund Allocation. Competence Affects Fraud Prevention in Village Fund Allocation Management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the clean and green Sidoarjo program using the quadruple helix approach in Kenongo Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using purposive sampling informant determination technique. Techniques for collecting data are interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman which consists of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that with this program, people understand that waste also has economic value and they create activities related to the program. People are indifferent to the programs and socialization provided by the government. In addition, poor communication and coordination with stakeholders such as RT in the village. And there are several obstacles in implementing the program, namely the corona virus and many residents who are urbanizing.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of online learning design during the pandemic at Anggaswangi 1 State Elementary School. This study is a qualitative research with source triangulation research methods. The subjects in this study were the homeroom teacher of class V, grade 5 students and the Principal of the Anggaswangi State Elementary School 1. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that at the beginning of online learning students were enthusiastic but teachers and schools were still groping in the delivery of learning materials so that they could be maximized. As time goes by, schools, teachers and students are ready for online learning, this is evidenced by the existence of facilities that support the implementation of online learning at Anggaswangi 1 State Elementary School, but students are starting to get bored in the implementation of their learning.

Abstract

The Sidoarjo People’s Service System Innovation (SIPRAJA) is an innovation of the Sidoarjo Regency/City government. This study aims to analyze and describe the obstacles that occur in innovation in the Sidoarjo people service system (SIPRAJA) in Sidokerto Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency, namely yhe conditionof the community that is still difficult to adapt or keep up with increasingly shophisticated times and the internet network is lacking stable. This research uses systems innovation theory. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the Sidoarjo People’s Service System (SIPRAJA) in Sidokerto Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo regency, nemly focusing on the innovation system providing convenience in mail management services effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In this modern era, the role of social media is very influential, because social media is a medium that helps someone to interact with other people over long distances. And one of the most popular social media is Instagram. Instagram prioritizes the image feature as a display that is favored by many people, ranging from small children, teenagers and even parents. Based on these advantages, researchers want to investigate more about the role of Instagram to find out and describe the form of self-concept of adolescents in Sugihwaras Village, Candi Sidoarjo through Instagram social media. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers in the form of interview techniques (interviews) as the validity of the data. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by researchers through interviews, observations, and documentation to informants, namely teenagers from Sugihwaras Village, Candi Sidoarjo. Secondary data obtained by researchers through evidence in the form of notes and reports. The subjects used in this study are profiles of teenagers listed on Instagram, images / photos that are often uploaded, search menu. While the object of this research is the self-concept that exists in adolescents who will be studied in Sugihwaras Village with certain criteria, namely adolescents aged 13-21 years.

Abstract

BUMDes is an institution or organization formed by the community and for the community without interference from the village government, therefore it is necessary for the management of the BUMDes to run optimally. The management of BUMDes in Trosobo Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency is quite good because it already has a vision, mission, work program but there are still obstacles, namely lack of organization and lack of movement, direction in managing BUMDes in Trosobo Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of the study indicate that the control or supervision of the management of BUMDes Trosobo has been going well because there are 3 supervisors who have been assigned to supervise and evaluate all ongoing BUMDes programs while this report is carried out every month which will then be held discussions about the ongoing BUMDes program. and not whether it has been maximized or not.

Abstract

Security and community expectations are basic needs that are always carried out in daily activities. Village security is a policy that ensures security and public relations to achieve national development goals, one of which is ensuring security and upholding the law. The method used is descriptive qualitative data obtained through observation, documentation, interviews and the use of sources from books, journals, and policy documents. The results of this study indicate that the coordination of the security institutions in Ketimang Village, especially on the awareness of good coordination with the existence of ego-sectoral relations between one another, causes disharmony in the relationship between village security institutions.

Abstract

Mobile Legends is an internet network-based game and is also popular in Indonesia. Academic procrastination is a tendency to delay starting or completing work as a whole. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Mobile Legend games among adolescents in Jambangan Village and to determine the impact of Mobile Legends games on adolescent procrastination in Jambangan Village. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of Mobile Legends games among teenagers in Jambangan Village and to find out the impact of Mobile Legends games on adolescent procrastination in Jambangan Village. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the use of the Mobile Legends game can be seen from (1) addiction, (2) requiring refreshment to relieve stress, (3) following trends that are emerging in the surrounding environment, (4) there is curiosity from within them. the impact of the Mobile Legends game can have an impact on adolescent procrastination, being lazy to study, school assignments being delayed and piling up, not being on time to do it, often neglecting assignments, delaying worship time. As for there are other impacts from the negative and positive sides, among others: often say dirty, wasteful and can improve English.
